Subject: Wetsuit care while traveling in a car
I'm heading out to SoCal in a few weeks for my son's graduation and am looking forward to doing some OWS in the ocean.  We are driving and I'm worried about transporting my wetsuit in the trunk.  I have read horror stories on BT about leaving a wetsuit in a car trunk on a hot day.  Will my wetsuit be ok riding in the trunk across the desert?  Will soaking it before packing it in the trunk help?  I don't want to open my trunk and find a giant black blob that was once my wetsuit.

Im assuming its not practical to transport your wetsuit in the cabin of the car?

I dont have an answer but maybe try putting it in a small cooler or something to keep the heat away?
