crazy 4:15 marathon pacing dude

So, ran a marathon yesterday, ran with the 4:15 pace guy near the end (unfortunately not until the end...), so we are running along and I am all haggard and flat footed. Then, out of no where, behind us at about the 35 k mark, out prances this guy, also running the marathon, although god knows where he came from. He looked kinda fresh, I think he was just out jogging it for fun, chatting with friends, who knows. So this guy is wearing a marathon maniacs jersey, which as you probably know one earns from doing back to back marathons or various streaks of marathons. So they are chatting......about various things....I was pretty out of it at this point. So the guy tells his story about how he got his, who knows what he says, AND THEN the 4:15 pacer guy says, "I am earning mine today." Yeah, turns out the crazy SOB ran a 50k race up in Edmonton the day before, that is a 3 hour drive. So he runs 50k on Saturday, drives 3 hours to Calgary, gets up to pace a 7:00 a.m. race start.

I mean I have heard of these people, but to meet one.....
