Have not tried clipping shoes in pedals and starting without shoes.

Had a good bike felt good but thought I was pushing a little hard on the legs. However it turned out on the run that they were fine. Bricks paid off.

One of my best runs. Felt great and time showed as I improved my average run on my last olympic from 5.9mp up to 7.5mph. Training is paying off.
What would you do differently?:

Just wish I could calm myself down better. Took me till mile 2 to really feel calm and relaxed and feel like I could run all day
