Anyone planning on doing any Xterra races this year. I'm signing up for the one coming to FL in July, should be a good time with lots of shiggy and sugar sand!

Hmm never even heard of it. Not far from home though (Flagler/Volusia). I do have another sprint scheduled for the following weekend in Ft. Myers. Think I can swing both. Im intrigued by the off road nature. Have you done this before?

No I haven't done any tri's as of yet, this Sunday is the first one!

Do you bike hash with the Daytona group? http://www.bikehash.com/

Hash rides are a good time, last month riders from all the Central FL groups got together for an "inter-bash hash".

Basically you try and catch the hares or get lost by their crazy trail, ride hard as you like, then afterwards there is always a keg and some food. If someone is doing there #5 ride they get blessed, err, named through a mind boggling process after everyone has a few. Hashers express names of all sorts then one is picked for the rider to be known as from that point on!

There is a real nice Space Coast hash in Palm Bay FL next Sunday that I'll be missing due to the tri, it’s an annual. 15 miles of pure off-road trail, last year I was pretty sore as I have a hard tail!
