Swim
Comments: Not happy with breathing. Got into a decent groove for the first 100m and then lost form. I did OK, but form was not great. What would you do differently?: More rhythmic breathing and more motion side to side on each stroke Transition 1
Comments: Probably took too much time getting cycling top and HR monitor on What would you do differently?: Need to figure out a way to do this better - maybe bring bucket with water to get sand off feet? Bike

Got up at 5AM and had a half a bagel with cream cheese and some coffee. Drank water up until about 30 minutes before swim wave.
not much - swam a little bit just to loosen up
