Comments: very hilly transition from swim to run Bike
What would you do differently?: go a bit harder Transition 2

What would you do differently?: push it harder. Post race
Warm down: protein, water, sandwich.. What limited your ability to perform faster: rain, slight wind, right contact lense came out 2/3 into bike Event comments: Great experience. Course was pretty tough, but builds confidence for future half irons. Last updated: 2010-07-06 12:00 AM

peanut butter whole wheat sandwich with blueberry, strawberrys 5:15 a.m. Sipping on water after that. 1 hour before race sipping on Heed electrolyt drink. At half a goo gel 30 min before swim.
5 minute swim in lake 15 min before start.
