Such a beautiful time of year. As I clock more years under my belt I enjoy what each of the 4 seasons offer more and more, but Fall in CT still ranks highest. Spent the morning ridding single track at Grayville in Hebron - perfect temps, the colored leaves blanketing the trails, smell of the wood stoves or fire places - Perfect morning. So happy my ridding roots are from the trails, to get back on them is so relaxing.

I agree, I love this time of year. The racing season is over. Its nice to run on a trail that is blanketed with leaves.     Zen.

Whaaa??? Racing season isn't over!!..one more biggy for me, then its one month off and then time for a few road races!

I actually meant the swimming / triathlon season in New England is over. Im still running in the New York City marathon  in Nov, can't wait!!
