rochester area training buddy

Hi, I live in the Rochester area and REALLY would love a training partner.  Im in school and work as a server, so my schedule is very flexible.  Im a strong runner, my swim is improving, and my bike needs work.  HIm this summer in 6:35, training for a few sprints, olys, and another HIM this coming season. anyone interested?
