Suggestions for carbo loading in the week leading up to an IM or 1/2 IM? I like eating solid foods while racing at the 1/2IM distance, any suggestions on foods that are gluten free with lots of calories? I don't carbo load, but Rice is a good choice. There are quite a few companies getting on the Gluten Free bandwagon now. I will say that although I did NOT like the taste of Cerasport when I tried it before Rev3, I did think it was "good" on course. |
