Good luck team on your firsts!

I've reached my bike and run goals.  I will finish my swim goal in 2 more sessions.  My pool closed for the season today.  But I will be hitting the OW until I am forced to swim at an indoor facility when fall sets in.

Good Morning Team! How's everyone this morning? Those of you that raced this weekend-- Congrats!

Here are my stats for the week:
S=3100 m
B= 34.5 miles
R=8.2 miles
C=2 times

Total Percent Complete:
S=76%
B= 49%
R=83%
C=100%

Looks like I will make the Swim and Run goals with what I'm doing today thru Wed. But the bike looks pretty sad...I just couldn't get out there as much as I wanted.
_______

On a positive note with the bike though, I bought some cycling shoes this weekend, and a bike rack, whoo hoo (you can't imagine how much of a pain it was to take the front tire off and stuff my mt. bike in the trunk of my compact car), and I'm registering for bike repair classes! Yeah! I'm on my way to being prepared for next season

Hey, you guys are awsome!!  Keep training hard these last few days.  Every little bit counts (I'm saying this mainly to myself since I'm the one dragging the team down).

Thanks for your support for my first tri.  I loved it!  I'm planning 1 or 2 more in Sept, and another in December.  All sprints.  I had some humorous newbie moments and frustrating gear malfunctions.  I'll let ya'll know when I post that race report, and it'll have all the details.

I'll look forward to reading the rest of your rr's when I get some extra time.  Until then, train hard!  Do it for the team!  Go ENDLESS SUMMER!!!!

Team,

I totally apologize for being a slacker this month. I think I underestimated my recovery time from July....and....I was a slacker!

Hey Team,
Just want to say glad I was a part of this challenge, it did motivate me...this morning was my last 4 miles to run, and it was raining and I was tired...I just didn't want to go, but I only needed those 4 miles to make 100% in the run, so I went (I was late to work, but I felt much better about myself!). I've just got a swim tonight, and then I'll be 100% on that as well.
But the bike, well that's a different story...

I'll post my final stats tomorrow!

And Team Endless Summer, we shouldn't get down or worry about not making our goals! We worked toward them--and did the best we could. We all did great, and hopefully learned this month how we can improve next month! Great Job!!!

Hey guys.  Well, I wanted to apologize because I've benn a horrible captain this go around, and a horrible team member.  I really bit off more than I could chew, and had unexpected life-things come up this month.  But I reflect what triguy said - I was a slacker!  So sorry.  The only thing I can be proud of this month is you guys, and the fact that I did finish my first tri.

You all have really been a motivation as I looked at your training logs and goals attained.  Go ahead and post your finals - make sure you add your core in, too, if you had that as a goal.  Thanks!  Ya'll were so awesome this month.

Hey ya'll.  I was just thinking about how much fun I had this summer doing the challenges.  Ya'll were great motivators.  I finished my race report finally from my first tri (can't believe it has been a month).  I thought I'd post it here, in case anyone's are interested.  Keep training hard, ya'll.  It's still summer here in Texas!!
