I'm a day late weighing in and completely disgusted with the result. Totally blew my January goal. I 'officially' start my HIM training on Monday so hopefully the increased training will help. Saying that, I'll likely be ravenous all the time from it. My intention is to eat well, refuel properly and get lots of sleep and drink lots of water. Hopefully, one day I shall start seeing real results - I'm so sick of being fat (and slow).
you do realize if you look at the top of your post you have lost 28lbs and that is a 15% reduction from starting weight. YOU SHOULD BE PROUD. I am stuck to but I went back and read my blog I started in May of last year (not many posts in it ) but still it put things in very good perspective. I feel for you. Between very long work hours and now being SICK. I haven't worked out in a week. I am going to see if I can take tons of sinus drugs this afternoon and clear up for a run with our new running group. |
