They also have shorter distances, but wanted to share for anyone looking for long training ride this weekend!  April 2nd @ 7am and they meet up @ Pahokee.   I will be there doing the 200km ride with a few folks I know if anyone interested.

I would love to do it...but...I'm racing next day...LOL

Maybe the Ladies only 112 miles Ride around Okeechobee Lake on April 23rd....

I will be there with the lovely Mrs. Turnin2, however we will be doing the 100K ride.

Getting ready for the MS 150 ride in May.

That full loop will be a blast. I had a loop ride planned out once, but I was going to stay overnight at the Clewiston Inn.

For first year event, this went off pretty well.   They had about 200 riders and about 40-50 did the full loop.   The aid stations were good along the way and we stopped long enough for the group to catch up before starting out again.  Most of the ride was along the dike with zero traffic and the parts on the highway were with police escort.   Will definately do again next year.

Glad to hear you had  a great time doing this ride...

I also have 2 good girlfriends that did the metric century...and...they really enjoyed the ride...very well organized and it was a blast...!!!
