Boiler Sprint Triathlon : Official Thread

I was there in a word COLD!   I went with little training 2 swims 3 bike rides an 5 runs this year, I needed a break after Ironman FL training last year. I have been doing P90X for 4 months though and it seemed to carry me, ended up 50th overall and 3rd in the 50-54 age group. Nice little race I had fun, its always nice to see these college kids energy and excitment putting on an event like this they did a really good job!
