Overall I felt strong, the only time I suffered was in the last km where I thought I may not beat the 1hr 30 mark
What would you do differently?:

I probably held back a bit too much at the beginning but I am still learning, I would love to this race again next year and run with the front pack, the times suggest I could have made the top 20.

Up to now this has probably been my favorite event over the last 3 years, I felt really good on the run and there was a lovely atmosphere, also Cartmel is one of my wifes favorite places so no Persuasion needed.
