I have the interactive Road ID which has a serial number and pin on it so the 1st responders can call to get my complete information. I don't have any implants or allergies so it doesn't matter if it takes a few minutes for them to get my details.

I have "GRRRR!" on mine, although the "only a flesh wound" comment made me think of putting "Just Rub Some Dirt On It" on my next one.
