First race of the year. Goal was to finish below 30:00.
What would you do differently?:

Dressed a little warm for the race (temp. low 40s.) could have dumped the vest.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Excuses...hmmm...early in the season, dressed too warm...have not been logging as many running miles.

Event comments:

Organizers ran out of water at the finish line. The event was for Boys and Girls Club. The children handing out Valentines was a nice touch.
