Comments:

Avoided cramps for the first time in this race. Personal best by 5 minutes plus. lost it for a few seconds near finish but recovered
What would you do differently?:

not skip any water statons - I passed one by near the top and that contributed to almost cramping up

short walk - lots of water

What limited your ability to perform faster:

more water - more hill work during training - did not speed work at all for this race.
