Subject: Group rides - Nashville

Hey, i am wondering if there are many group rides in Nashville? I see that Nashville Triathlon club rides from to places in Franklin but not in the Nashville area. I did ride with them on Saturday from Acme and had a great time but Franklin is a lonnnng drive from Mt. Juliet.

 

Also, does anybody know anything about HEAT? i have seen them at races but didnt know if they had any group rides.

There is a group of us in Smyrna who ride together. We are triathletes, but not an official tri club. We meet in Smyrna and many times ride towards Mt. Juliet. We also have group swims in Percy Priest with kayak support.
