I'll be in SF visiting friends this coming weekend (I live in AZ). My friends live near Cesar Chavez St and Guerrero St. It looks like the Bernal Heights Park or Glen Canyon Park might be good places to run. I have 60 minutes on 5/28 and 90 minutes on 5/29. I've never been to SF and I haven't visited these friends since they moved from San Diego so I'm not familiar with the area. I'm also looking for a good pool to get my swimming workout in.

Does anybody have suggestions on good places in the area to run/swim? Anybody want to meet up for a 90 minute run on 5/29?

Thanks for any suggestions!

Bring your wetsuit and swim at Aquatic Park!  I won't be in town, but have a great trip!

Some of the more popular venues to run are Crissy Field (can also run along the embarcadero.  passes by aquatic park) and Golden Gate Park.

I also run in Glen Park.  It is small.  But if you like hills, you can run up O'Shaugnessy and up to Twin Peaks (nice views too).

+1 on aquatic park for the swim.  Check in on the Golden Gate tri club calendar or the SF Tri club to see what is scheduled this weekend.
