| Expert 1694 Illinois | Subject: RE: Iron Abe Triathlon : Official Thread I am getting excited. Should be a fun event. The lake is very warm right now, so no wetsuits. Also, you are correct, there is very little shade on the run. I biked the new Iron Abe course on Sunday and it's going to be fun and fast with a few rolling hills. Roads are in very good condition. |

| Regular 641 Chicago | Subject: RE: Iron Abe Triathlon : Official Thread I did not do so well in the Stoneman swim, but I recovered and ended up getting 1st place AG! I beat the second place girl by 2/10ths of a second. Check out our finishing line pic.

| New user 43 St Charles, MO | Subject: RE: Iron Abe Triathlon : Official Thread I did the Stoneman Sprint and enjoyed it. This was my first open water tri and I beat my goals for the swim, bike and run. My run could have been faster but I have been having right calf problems lately.
It was a well run event and I will be back. Hopefully for the Iron Abe. |
