Smart Phones Video Camera

Okay I admit it, I just don't have the time to figure this out right now being crushed with work. 

I thought WOW, this video feature on the camera is cool, but it records in something called 3gp. 

So I thought ok, I'll Google a converter to put it into WMV or AVI but I want FREE.  There must be an easier way to do this or frankly the feature on the phone is really pointless or am I missing something?

I emailed it to myself and I can't view it on my computer unless I convert it but don't really want to spend $49.95 for AnyVideoConverter, etc.

So I'm turning to COJ.  I know one of you out there has the answer :D
