C25K App on Amazon Free App of the Day

For the super beginners out there, on Amazon's android market the free app of the day is the Couch to 5 K app. Has every workout listed on there and alerts you during your run/walks intervals. 

It looks pretty sweet. And I know I am not the only one who likes free stuff, even when it's free stuff I won't use.
