Member 11 |  Subject: Orange County, CAHi all, I've been watching this site from when it didn't look anything like it does now. Great work! I finally decided to try and get back in shape. I want to start a good workout plan, but it is so hard without a "buddy" yelling at me when I miss workouts. Anyone in Orange County (Mission Viejo) training for tris? My level is basically one of someone who used to be in shape, but has sat in an office chair for much too long. Still active...but all signs of cardio/endurance have gone down the tubes. Anyone?? |

It's probably best if I build a good base so I can keep up with you. If you've done 11 races and have been training since March, I'll have some catching up to do. If you don't mind, maybe we can try to make it happen once I am confident with some sort of base. Thanks. |

I'm also strongly considering my first full IM in 2006. We'll see! Finding the training time balance with the family/work etc. is the tough part! |
