Run
Comments: I don't know why I lost 47 seconds this year. I climbed the hills much better than last year, and the downhills were fine. Everything felt great, until I saw the time-clock at the end. My HR seemed a bit high throughout the race, but I just figured it was nerves. Felt sick most of the rest of the day, but I just figured that was from sniffing in the burning leaves along the route. Event comments: This isn't a race for apres-run, but it's definitely a great race for working on running. At least I'll keep working the hills, and working more intervals, and see what happens during the BolderBoulder next May. Unless I change my mind, there won't be anymore organized races for me until May 2006. Last updated: 2005-10-30 12:00 AM
