Subject: Just thought I'd share something... Last August I finished my first sprint tri. I had a blast, and am going to do it again. As I sit here reading the threads, quotes, articles, etc.... I find my self even more jazzed than I was this summer training for my first. I want to knock more than a 1/2 hour off my time, and have been researching the best way to do it. Although I am lifting weights and running right now, I am also starting to formulate a specific 3X exercise routine that I am going to start Dec. 1st. I am so pumped, I can barely stand it.
