Subject: Flexibility training plans for off-season training
Does anyone know of or have a good flexilibity training plan that I can use for this off-season? My goal is to train for a 1/2 ironman race in September 2006.

Join a yoga class. If thats not an option buy a few videos.

I 2nd that idea. Yoga is fantastic. If you can't make a class, there are some really good DVD's out there. Look for stuff by Seane Corne, Shiva Rea, or Rodney Yee.

Flexibility as in muscle stretching or flexibility as in variation of training plans?
