Subject: Training Plan Advice Needed During week 10 of 16 of HIM training plan, I am running a HM, the plan calls for a 13 mile run on the Sunday of the HM, perfect! But, what should I do about the 55 mile bike that I am suppose to do on Saturday the day before? Only do part of it, do the whole thing, move it to an earlier or later day? The HIM is my "A" race for the summer and I have never done a HM race before. Thanks for the advice. |
