I need my fellow challengers to make a call here!

My 2nd goal is 1 new job. I have declared (with backup) that I will get a 0.5 for an interview.

I haven't got that, BUT I have talked to my current boss, and told her my intent to move. We made a mutual decision to revert my current PT job back to an online-only position, both because I want to move and because no one was using my on-campus office hours (all my contact and work is currently happening online anyway; I'm just sitting in an office all alone), allowing me to move to AVL and still have a 20 hour per week job. So, BT May Challenger's, can I get a .25 towards my new job goal because of this change, even though it's not technically a new job?

If it helps, I'm killing myself to get all my swim sessions in!!!!

I say it's a new job and I'd give yourself a full 1 for that.

I totally agree- of course I'm not biased or anything- hehe.

Shelly

Thanks ya'll! I personally don't think it deserves a full 1...since it's not exactly what I was after with this goal, but it certainly allows me to accomplish a secondary goal, which is to move by August! I'll take half!

Now, if I can swim every day this week, I'll be golden and have put my time in for the GWS!!!

We've just edged out the Reefers.

Sprint to the finish! Go Manatees!

I actually managed a bit of zombie death shuffle and yoga today.

Nice job.  I finished my running one and have one more strength training session.  I was going to do it today but ended up all of a sudden sick so now just holding down the couch.  I should be able to get it in tomorrow though.  Maybe I'll do an upper/lower body split and get two sessions in, one tomorrow and one thu to make sure I go over 100%.  lol

Squeaked out another run tonight after rain stopped - yay me! Now to swim swim swim....

Question in general - in other challenges we capped at 100% as max, but seems like in this one we can go over and bump averages for team? (not that I'm hyper competitive or anything....)

I updated my numbers -- I haven't counted today or tomorrow yet. I had Bundt cake on Memorial Day. :-(

Unless something amazing (and surprising) happens on the weight front in the next two days, I will be holding at 2 pounds. It would be nice to squeak out another pound.

The good news is that I really am holding at that 2 pound weight loss this month. I guess I should be glad -- if I lost two pounds a month for the next 12 months, I'd be exactly where I want to be: High School weight. Wow.

Keep up the good work teams!

Ahh, the pilates/yoga routine continues to be nearly impossible to fit into my schedule (mostly because I won't wake up early on Mon, Wed or Sat. to do it. Tues, Thurs and Fri Am are already booked).  And then I've fallen off the wagon with my swim club, ever since the tri on May 13 I'll swim one way or another tomorrow, got one more track session tonight and cycling intervals tomorrow.  I am VERY happy that I exercised every Sunday, though, THAT is a huge accomplishment and a lot more important to me than the yoga/pilates. So, I dropped the ball a bit on ya, my manatees - my apologies!!

Today was my last day. Tomorrow is a rest day.

This was a great challenge! I put the most miles ever on the bike and run!

Now, for a day of rest and on Sunday I have a bike ride for a luekemia benefit. It's the "Most beautiful ride in America." A 72 mile ride for luekemia. 1 lap around Lake Tahoe. I raised $4700 for the cause. Then back to training for my Century on June 30th.

Thanks for the challenge.
