6/9 Saturday Morning SWim - Trout Lake

Myself and my friend Anne are meeting up at ILRA at 7:30AM to get in a 1.2 mile swim. We are meeting at Kent Lake parking and walking over to Trout Lake to do at least 3 lengths of the lake. I may go ahead and knock out 2 full laps for 1.8 miles.

I know that it is early - but I have a 4 hour workout on tap afterwards and need to get on the road in enough time to get it done on Hines with some minimal traffic.  :-)
