Subject: RE: sore shoulder?! Better get it checked out if Ice and Rest today don't help reduce the pain and swelling. Did you breathe bi-laterally, or just to one side? If just to one side, it could be from the swim. You might have been pulling harder than you normally do, especially if you breathe bi-laterally during training, but switched during the race.
