Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 4:30, stretched and just relaxed. Drove up to the race and ate a granola bar and drank gatorade pre-workout.

Felt great, I was a little worried about the swim since I haven't been swimming much. Finished just under my seed time, but had to pass 5 people to be able to keep that pace. I was relaxed the whole time and swam a lap with my head above just messing around since I couldn't pass.
What would you do differently?:

Apparently I need to lie on my seed time...

This went well, especially compared to last time I did this race. Baby powder helped keep my feet from sticking to the sole.

Just practice and work on speeding this process up.
