Got up early had brekkie, went for a coffee. walked down to race and set up in the rain.

thought I aced the swim...apparently not. The swim felt great. Way better then last year, no fatigue.
Looking at times of other people from last year to this year shows a lot of people's times went up.
What would you do differently?:

Swim faster I guess.
