Nobody got my Clerks reference.

Wed - #38 - 2.44
Thurs - #39 - 2.6 - Hoping to get in a trail run this afternoon too.

I guess I should have responded, "In a row!??!?"

I'm ashamed that I missed it.

#523- 2 mi. And only 2 miles, no bike or swim. I think this was my first real recovery day in about a week and a half, the Saturday before last. It was pretty sweet, but its getting late, and almost over. I'm going to have a beer or two, to extend the goodness of the day a bit. Cheers.

I'm a huge Kevin Smith fan, as I listen to one of his podcasts probably three or four times per week while working out, and I am embarrassed to say I completely missed it. Then again, I haven't seen Clerks in probably over 10 years despite the fact that they just had their 20 year anniversary of showing it at Sundance.

Thursday - #242 - 4 miles tempo run

This group can't get away with "I'm not even supposed to be here today," because we're here everyday.

Thursday, Part Deux - #39 - 2.6 in my 2nd favorite trail area.
Friday - #40 - 3.3

Day 856, 7.8 miles. Feeling a bit better, I could actually breath while running today. I wanted to run longer but I stopped myself. No need to over do it until I am back to 100%.

#524- 4 mi in 30 minutes after tough 3.5 hour bike. I actually held back. Was surprised feeling as strong off the bike as I did. Guess that recovery day paid off.

#525- 5 mi rainy and windy. 20mph sustained wind actually with a few gusts. Wasn't fun running into it, but it gave me a nice ride home!

Welcome to the club.

Day 859, 8.3 miles. First run outside in over a week since I got sick. It felt great, my legs were real strong but the lungs are not quite 100% yet but close.

Welcome aboard. Good luck with But don't plan on giving up on May 1st...it's a little addictive.

Monday - #246 - 3 miles

Honestly, yesterday was my first outdoor run since I visited California over January 1. I was pretty awful, just didn't know how to pace myself. Lessons to learn again.

#527- 5 mi
#528- 16mi in 2 hours, would have liked to slow it down a bit and add a few miles, but got out of the house late and have to work this afternoon, so ran it faster than I wanted just to get the miles in. Feel ok though.

Despite what the beginning of this thread is, the low limit is 1 mile if you want to get into the "official" streak category. I tend to use 2 miles as my low limit, but I do that quite often. A run is a run, don't be apologizing for 2.25 miles at all!

Tuesday - #247 - 4 miles speed work...wanted to do more but had dinner plans and was running behind

#44 - Tuesday - 3.53
#45 - Wednesday - 3.39

Yesterday was the most fun I've had running in months. 60 degrees and sunny? I'll take two. I had to detour around a mountain bike twice and an unleashed dog once, and I didn't mind at all. My trail splits were barely slower than my road splits have been the last few weeks. The puppy enjoyed practicing her panting splits, too.
