Man that thing was twitchy as heck, I guess I'm to used to the tri bike. It'll take a few days to get used to this responsiveness.

Going to start commuting to work as soon as I get these road bars on the Talon

On a side note, anyone commute on a tri bike? I guess it depends on the route, mine isnt too bad, but it's so short (5mi) with lots of stops so i might as well just ride the road bike.

I've tried commuting a couple times on my tri bike, but all the stops and the big backpack I wear to and from work make the TT bike seem like more work than its worth so I usually just stick with my roadie.

I do, ride it all over the city (downtown area of philadelphia) and often commute further. When i was coaching at chestnut hill i'd make the hour or so ride up there with i and a backpack everyday (lots of hills and winding roads the 2nd half).

No issues here.

May want to check the headset tightness.
