Pre-race routine:

I drove from New Albany in the morning. It seemed to be good. I ate omlete and bagles. Drank Nunn. I did UCANN not bad. did not have to take any gues on the course.

feel getting on the bike. it was so cold I could not feel my feet.
What would you do differently?:

I need to work on getting up to speed and then getting my feet in the shoes. This slows me down

What would you do differently?:

remember everything. I have now had 2 run trans where people are stopped in front of me. I guess if I go faster this would not be a problem

Well done and congrats!  I hear this is a fun race.  I did the Markey Race for Cancer (also part of the McDonald's series in KY) earlier in the year and loved it.  Would've done this one had I not been tapering for a HIM.
