Subject: San Diego Bike Fitting?
Hi all,

I did tri rock sprint this summer and placed pretty well in my age group on a borrowed bike that was way too small. It was a 56cm specialized and i am 6'2" 215lbs. Now I got the bug and am seriously considering buying a bike but want to get fit first. I went to nytro in Encinitas and they said pick a bike and we will fit it to you. I think he was just trying to up sell me their tri package with a cannondale slice. Isn't it the other way around? Don't you get fit then pick a bike? Any suggestions on where to get properly fit? Thanks

Moment Cycle Sport in Liberty Station, Point Loma.  Cost ~$200, but the fit is applied to the price of the bike if you buy from the shop. They fit you first on a Guru machine, and then tell you bikes that will fit you best.  Of course they steer you towards bikes that the shop carries, but I have a great relationship with that shop, and give them most of my business.
