Both are good, and the fit is close between them as well, so either one. Just look for the one that gives you the best deal and purchase from the LBS you feel most comfortable with (if they are at two different ones).
The B12 is a better frame that the B16, but component wise, they are comparable (although the B12 does come with a nicer crank, but it's not night and day difference). If you can swing the B12, I most definitely would.

But here's how I'd rate them:
2013 B12 > 2011 P2 > 2013 B16
I agree with Morey... it's close between them though, not night and day difference, but if you could stretch the funds to the B12, then you do have a really nice bike for years to come
