I was thinking peanutbutter would be good but it doesn't have caffeine I typically go with 2x caffeine 15 minutes prior to long workout and depending on the total length move to 1x and then zero caffeine as the workout progresses. Part of me suspects that ingesting a tone of caffeine over a couple hours could have adverse effects. Unsure if I am right or not. |

I only use them on long stuff over 2 hours and on race day. I had just bought a box a few weeks ago to maintain my diminishing supply. Added three boxes thanks to this thread. I pick up a few roctanes from the LBS for the 15' prior to the gun gu. |
