(and you still had what I would consider a ridiculously fast time)

Overcoming back issues and going sub 5 hours in HIM is impressive. HIM distance seems is one that you can train and race within your time constraints. It is great to see you toeing the line after to many DNS due to injuries. Congrats Fred! |
