Comments: Messed up my first turn. Probably cost me between 30 and 60 seconds. What would you do differently?: Nothing, pace was just right. Transition 2

Comments: By far my weakest leg, but the run went really good, by my standards. It's obvious that I need more running, but that was already clear to me, coming in to this event. What would you do differently?: Nothing, gave everything I had Post race
Warm down: Walked around, complimented the RD on the course, and saw some of the other athletes finish What limited your ability to perform faster: I've only started training 5 months ago, which was also the same day I gave up smoking. I'am proud of my results so far. With more training will come better results. Event comments: Really nice sprint, organized by a local tri-club.
