I have one that I like to do while on vacation and using a hotel gym so if you have a treadmill or outside running, it works well for both. It was:
5 Rounds:
1/2 mile Run
20 Push Ups
20 Sit Ups
20 Wall Balls
20 Jumping Jacks
For me, its always a pretty fun workout and not too difficult. Last time the family was on vacation, I had my wife, sister in law and Aunt all doing the circuit with me and everyone enjoyed themselves.
I do a similar one to this...has become my go-to when I'm traveling and need something different:
10 rounds of
400 m run
10 push ups
10 lunges or squats
10 crunches (or 30 sec side plank each side/ or other ab exercise )
By the time you are done you've run over 2 miles and done some good body weight exercises.
Also, find a kids jungle gym/play area (if I'm out early enough there usually aren't any kids there yet. Plenty of things to do there - pull ups, stairs, pole climb etc...get creative! |
