Does anyone have Jorge's Plan?

It used to be posted everywhere now it can not be found?

Yes, def consider Trainerroad for a next purchase if you plan on doing a lot of indoor training. It's so darn simple in principle and I keep trying to find excuses to stop my subscription, but bottom line is that it works, works really well, and gives you the best power-based training you can possibly get short of dropping $1k on a powermeter. (I have a powermeter, and I still use it with Trainerroad since I like the huge variety of workouts and nice statistics - makes it very easy to find the perfect zone of suffering for your training regimen.)

At the top of the page, click Training Plans.  Then change the sport to Cycle - either the Winter Cycle with HR or with Power depending on what you will use.

And if you wind up using TrainerRoad, they have a modified plan of Jorge's out there, which includes the ^%#@ 6 x 4' @ 105% workout mentioned above (called "Crag" on TR).

I just checked and it took me a minute to figure out but it works. You click the link and then there are grey buttons at the top and you have to click those too. Click where it says plan workouts....I hate the layout of everything. I'm not sure if it is on purpose or not and a way to keep you on the site or not. Anyway, it is there and it is still free....

Executing this full Ironman plan for 17 weeks would give people with one Ironman under their belts very good preparation for a 2nd and 3rd. Preferably, you should have a 6:30 or faster HIM time.

This Intermediate 20 week plan is a quick ramp up in overall volume, but with 20 weeks to train only, it is a gradual and safe approach because of the alternating weeks of the long run/bike.

Many of us do not enjoy the ‘pleasures’ of training on a stationery trainer. “Boring”, ”mind-numbing”, “a drag” are three phrases often associated with indoor trainers.
