Subject: Cycling Plan versus BT Winter Maintenance
So I am a Plan guy. I have 10 weeks before I go to Haiti for a month and then start a 26 week IM plan for IMLP. I just did a marathon last Sunday, so my running fitness is solid. I am trying to decide between the Jorge Winter Cycling Plan with 2 days of running and swimming added and the No Frills BT Winter Maintenance Plan.

Any thoughts?

Jorge's program is solid, I have no experience with the other BT plan.

Are you not worried that only running 2x/week is going to throw away a lot of the run fitness you have built up with the marathon?
