I'm having a problem uploading as well.  I get the Oops! message.

Is this working for you?  I see your workout and data in your log...do you still get an 'oops' error even though it makes it's way in?

I see a bunch of upload data made it's way into your log...is this fine now?  Do you still get any errors?

I rebooted my pc and router and it still won't upload.

It reads the workouts from my Garmin, and when I select the workouts I want to upload, and click the "Upload selected activities" button, it shows "! Upload Error" next to each.  It hasn't worked since the 19th.

UPDATE: I just tried saving my workouts as tcx files, and manually uploading them, and one of my workouts from yesterday actually worked, but the other got the error "Oops! Something's gone wrong. Please contact [email protected] and we'll get right on it."
Then I tried to do my workouts from today, and one worked but the other got the Oops message.  Very strange that the error doesn't seem to be happening consistently.

Can you try to upload via the 'Training log' --> 'add todays workouts' --> 'Upload' way?

I want to see if that way works over the way you have been doing it.

Give that a try...were still working on this.

I just tried in Chrome / Firefox and IE10 and could not upload a tcx file. I tried it on a clean rebuilt machine with no Garmin plugin..

I see that you usually upload TCX files by 'training log --> add todays workouts --> upload'.  If this is correct and the above doesn't work going via the same method, instead try to go to 'training log --> My log' then click on 'add activity' for a certain day/sport.  In the popup editor, you will have a 'device upload' button in the bottom right - try it that way.

Let me know.  It will help me a lot diagnosing the problem.

I just tried both ways with the same result in all 3 browsers. Cleared my cache and flused dns. Also i'm statically assigned Google's DNS servers so that I'm not using my routers DNS relay.

I haven't been able to upload for about four days now. Everything goes fine until I try to upload the selected workout, then I get an "upload error" message. Windows XP, Chrome, Garmin 305.

Add me to the list of non working uploads.  Using Chrome, Win7 and a Garmin 305.  I don't get the oops error, just an "! Upload Error".  Also not seeing a red banner about accessing the old site.

I can provide a Wireshark capture if that would help...  All traffic seems to be going to and from 216.245.217.170.  There are a couple of "500 Internal Server Error" early in the conversation.

Yes, if you can provide that Wireshark capture.  Thanks.

All,

We have made a update to the uploader last night and a few have since reported successful uploads and TCX file uploads.

If you can clear your browsers cache and temporary internet files and try this again and report back.

Thanks!
