I was able to do it fine yesterday but now when I go to add the workout I get the same error that says oops something's gone wrong. It's the same error I got when the new site went live. I'm using Chrome if that helps.

Same here. For me, if I go into Training Log/Add Todays Workout and Upload, it looks like it works but the work out is not showing up in my log. If I specifically choose run and then upload I get the oops something is wrong message as well.

I just uploaded with no issues. Maybe it is working now that the new server is in place.

Argh!  Can't upload via IE11 because the Garmin Communicator plugin won't work so I installed Chrome and now that won't show my uploaded workouts either.  Weeks of workouts need to be uploaded...

Switch to desktop mode for IE11 and the Garmin plugin should work.

Still a no-go for me. Just tried and still getting the same message. What browser are you using? Maybe I'll give that a shot.

I uploaded from my Garmin 910XT using Windows 8.1 Internet Explorer 11 on one machine.  The other one was Windows 7 Internet Explorer 10.  I did it from "Training Log -> Add Today's Workout -> Upload".  I also did it from "Training Log -> Add Today's Workout -> Run" then selected "Device Upload" on the popup.

What operating system, browser, and device are you using out of curiosity?  Maybe do the standard clear your browser cache and history.  One other thing, are you accessing the site via www.beginnertriathlete.com or beginnertriathlete.com (without the www)?

It looks like it is uploading fine to the site but is not showing up in my training log. I can see my workout and it says previously uploaded. The work out is not showing in the log though. Will let me manually enter into the log right away.

Would be nice if someone from the site at least acknowledged there is a problem by now...

Agreed. At least chime in. It looks like I'm not the only one.

ETA: scratch that I see Ron just posted as I was posting my message....Thanks for the post and update

Also to answer the question, I'm using Win7 and Chrome Version 31.0.1650.57 m. I never had an issue with uploading from my 910 until the new server went live the other day.

We are working on this.  There seems to be an issue with some user machines trying still using the old server DNS to for the upload.  For those that can't upload, can you try rebooting your router and computer to see if that flushes your DNS cache for the uploader to recognize the new server.

I rebooted my pc and router and it still won't upload.

It reads the workouts from my Garmin, and when I select the workouts I want to upload, and click the "Upload selected activities" button, it shows "! Upload Error" next to each.  It hasn't worked since the 19th.

UPDATE: I just tried saving my workouts as tcx files, and manually uploading them, and one of my workouts from yesterday actually worked, but the other got the error "Oops! Something's gone wrong. Please contact [email protected] and we'll get right on it."
Then I tried to do my workouts from today, and one worked but the other got the Oops message.  Very strange that the error doesn't seem to be happening consistently.

Allright, were looking into the uploads that a router restart didn't correct.

For the last 3 users that reported still having problems, does a simple clearing of your browsers cache, temporary internet files and cookies help?

Give that a try...were still working on this.

I just tried in Chrome / Firefox and IE10 and could not upload a tcx file. I tried it on a clean rebuilt machine with no Garmin plugin..

Clearing the cache and cookies and everything didn't help on my work pc.  Yesterday, it didn't help on my home pc either.  Yesterday, I think I cleared the cache and cookies, but not the temporary internet files though.  I'll try it again when I get home, but I'm a little doubtful.

Ok, for those still having upload errors, do you see a large-font, red text warning across the top of the site to the effect of "you're accessing the 'old' site (server)"?

I'm not seeing the red message either.  The error is happening when I try to do a manual upload.  It works ok when I download from my devices.

I see that your workouts from the 21st and 22nd made there way into the log and have data.  Let me know if you continue to get the oops error for any other uploads.
