looks like the REV3 folks are going to be adding an Olympic and a Half-Iron to their schedule in Morgantown, WVa the first weekend in August. Might be a good one for ppl to check out for later season IM races

I am doing Challenge AC so I do not think I will be ready for a HIM but being a WVU grad, I will be there in 2015!....great news

looks like this race has been canceled...from what someone just posted on FB, less than 100ppl registered, so REV3 pulled the plug...i'm trying to figure out what i'm going to do for my pre-choo 70.3 now...blargh

Have a goal when you get into the water. If your purpose is distance, then set your pace for endurance. If your objective is speed, then incorporate drills.
