Here is another freestyle analysis, again posting both for people to learn from and for me to learn from your perspectives.

This was a short 15 second video clip I was sent for one of my coach's athletes.

Your videos are great -- thanks for posting!

You have a very clear way of explaining things.

Thanks again, Suzanne for adding your thoughts to Kelly's video!  She really appreciated the additional insight you were able to provide beyond my initial analysis.

Good to hear...since I didn't get any objections from you after posting this I figured I'd share. Since I didn't use her last name, I figured it'd be OK, lemme know if I should change it back to unlisted or private!

Don's is also excellent , and different than mine. It's nice to see two different perspectives of the same thing. We always learn from each other.

My left leg is significantly shorter than my right by 7mm. For the bike I got an extra shim in my cleat, so I'm wondering if orthotics would be called for in my running shoes?

The first time out and 50 meters in my oxygen was in very short supply. I realized that all that running didn't do much for this sport.

I may not have pre-pubescent hips or breasts and at 36 that would be ridiculous. I do not need to have an "airbrushed body" and why do I revere that?
