Subject: Trouble with mobile site

The past two days I can't get the mobile site to load at all, on either my android phone or my ipod.  It just keeps refreshing the page over and over (the one with the list of options) or says 'oops, no connection'

Weird.  It works fine on both my Iphone and Android.

Can you first try to clear your mobile cache?

On android, open up a website, click the bottom left button on phone, then 'settings' (you may have to scroll down on the popup) then 'privacy and security' then 'clear cache' and 'clear cookies'.

On Iphone go to settings --> safari --> clear cookies and data.

Let me know if that helps or not.

I cleared the cache and cookies - it opens the page with the list 'My Training Log', My Training Plan, Forums, etc but when I click on an item it just refreshes the page or if I choose my training log or my training plan it keeps making me sign in then goes back to that same page .  this is on my (android) phone.  I'm have no problems with any other web sites.

One more question.  How are you getting to the mobile site?  A bookmark?  Search result?

What if you axe out of all browsers, open a new one and put in http://www.beginnertriathlete.com.  What happens?  Can you log in?

A lot of my unnecessary troubles and tribulations were because of my defiance, acting on my own naïveté and strong will. I was not acting on the advice given to me.
