Adamo Road saddle (White)$85
300 miles and one Oly on it. Perfect shape.

Profile Design Fast Forward Carbon seat post. 27.2mm$55
Same usage as above saddle. No marks other than typical mounting scratches at the base of the stem

Profile Design TriStryke Saddle. $45
I bought it used and took it out twice. Great saddle, super comfy.

Profile Design AirStryke 2000 Aero Bars $40
Bought used, I put on about 600 miles, one sprint and two Olys. Comes with computer mount. The spring on the right side has broken. It just stays in the down position, I didn't even realize it had failed until someone had pointed it out. Doesn't effect performance outside of that.

Would it be a simple and advisable to swap back and forth between the road seat post with no aero bars and the tri seat post with aero bars?

Finding the right bicycle saddle is often a confusing process of trial and error for cyclists. However, a little education goes a long way, and will perhaps save you some pain and discomfort as well.

What are all these new funny-shaped saddles all about? Are they more comfortable than older designs? Will they keep me healthier so I can train on my bike longer? Should I change my saddle?

When first going aero, your shop should begin by putting you in the least aggressive position. This means the aerobar pads will be almost level or just below the saddle.

After a while on my first longish ride, I noticed that I was getting numb. It’s scary. “Will feeling return?” is the first thing that comes to mind.

The ISM Adamo Racing Saddle is difficult to define. It doesn’t look like a bicycle saddle. It doesn’t mount like a bicycle saddle. And yet, it does feel like a bicycle saddle.

When people think of hydration in the aero position, the first name that comes to mind is the Aerodrink from Profile Design. I was expecting a pretty quick and breezy review of this water bottle.
