I don't get many responses on the gear forum so I thought I would ask here. Mine just started leaking after 2.5 yrs. I know it has a lifetime warranty, but I'm curious about ur experience. Will I have to box my old one and send it back? How long before I get a replacement? Do I have to pay to return ship it? This stinks!

I would contact CyclOps directly. They have great customer service. My trainer is a Kenetic; but I have CycleOps rollers. They should to leak, ever. I am betting they will take care of you. Not sure about shipping; but you should get a replacement for sure.

My older cycleops fluid trainer had started to wear out and was becoming increasingly hard to spin.  I called Saris, which now owns CycleOps, and they replaced the fluid unit for $99.  It hadn't failed so I wasn't expecting a free replacement but it was nice to get basically a new trainer for $99.

Mine also started leaking after about 2.5 years. I asked my local bike shop where I bought it from and they said to bring it back to them. They handled the entire exchange for me and got me the replacment a few weeks later. Great service.
